As part of "Publish and Share Your Research: Suggestions from Editors and Librarians Seminar Series", this webinar focused on the tips and tools on literature search and research publishing. Through this seminar series, researchers at the University of Hong Kong and around the world could gain insights on formulating research topic, conducting research, and publishing and promoting research.

The Libraries of the ASEAN University Network (AUNILO), a thematic network under the ASEAN University Network (AUN), serves as a platform for discussing strategies and sharing experiences in navigating the evolving landscape of education. The 18th AUNILO Meeting, which took place from 1 to 3 August 2023, gathered participation from a range of countries.
It is one of the primary tasks of the library management to show, acknowledge and announce to the world library community the state of the information and library sector in our country and the changes being implemented. Our membership in international librarianship institutions and organisations allows us to make many innovations in the library field. In addition, through IFLA, our employees participate in congresses, conferences, practical seminars and various studies, training and exchange of experience.
On behalf of the IFLA Regional Office, we congratulate all members of the incoming IFLA Regional Division Committee for Asia and Oceania. A special thanks goes out to all the outgoing members. We are humbled and privileged to work alongside with all of you.
With the recent conclusion of the 88th IFLA World Library and Information Congress (WLIC), I hope all of you are invigorated and brimming with insights and ideas shared by information professionals all over the world which you could bring back to adapt and implement for your communities.
We are happy to announce that our Governing Board has agreed on the institutions that will host our Regional Offices in 2024-2026 for Asia-Oceania, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East and North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
IFLA's global reach and geographical diversity will be on show at this year's World Library and Information Congress, in particular through the sessions organised by our Regional Council and Regional Division Committees. Each Committee has worked hard to prepare exciting open sessions, complemented by open business meetings, and our new Hubs Results Session, sharing views from our WLIC 2023 Regional Hubs.
