8 May 2018The Governing Board of IFLA has accepted the recommendation of the Document Delivery and Resource Sharing standing committee in which the committee has recommended Prague to host the 2019 ILDS (Interlending and Document Supply) Conference.

Theme: “Transform Resource Sharing-exceed expectations.” Information technology has transformed every sector of our society during the last decades and the transformation is still happening in front of our eyes.

18 December 2017IFLA, the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions, invites bids from IFLA Members to host the 16th IFLA Interlending and Document Supply (ILDS) Conference to be held in September or October 2019. This conference typically runs 2 to 3 days in length, attracts between 150 and 250 delegates, and operates with a budget of approximately EUR 50,000 - 100,000.
Call for Participation Grant Application: 2017 IFLA Interlending and Document Supply Conference
14 August 2017The IFLA Document Delivery and Resource Sharing Section has a pleasure to announce the 2017 ILDS Conference Participation Grants for the librarians from the region who normally cannot attend IFLA events due to financial or other reasons. The regions available for the grants are Francophone countries in Africa and countries in Northern Africa. The grants will include the cost of travel to and from Paris, the registration fee, and hotel accommodation.
