Public Library of the Year Award 2020 cancelled – but some good news too!
20 April 2020
Due to the current situation, it was decided to cancel the IFLA World Library and Information Congress 2020 in Dublin. We regret to inform you that cancelling this event means that the IFLA/Systematic Public Library of the Year 2020 award has been cancelled as well.
The good news is that the criteria for the award in 2021 have been extended and now include those of you who were qualified to apply this year. This means that public libraries built in 2019 can apply for the #PublicLibraryoftheYear award in 2021.
For more information, see the Systematic website.
