The IFLA Europe Regional Division (EURDC) is organising a satellite meeting on 19 August at the Rotterdam Public Library ahead of IFLA WLIC 2023 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

This Satellite event, planned by EURDC together with the European Bureau of Library, Information and Documentation Associations (EBLIDA), is intending to provide a discussion space between EURDC and the other members of major European library associations, with the aim to impulse a greater cooperation and coordination between all stakeholders of advocacy initiatives for libraries in Europe.

After a short introduction and information on what is happening and upcoming: e.g., the EU cultural program, EU elections 2024, E-lending in Europe, RL:EU, the participants will deepen the discussion in working groups on the first three topics.
