Applications for the IFLA/SYSTEMATIC Public Library of the year Award 2023 opened on 21 February and are now closed for entries, prior to the award ceremony at WLIC 2023 in Rotterdam. This session will also be screened online.  

The “Public Library of the Year” award is presented by IFLA with the aim of honoring new public libraries. The award is presented to a public library anywhere in the world that has best managed to combine open and functional architecture with sustainable and creative IT solutions and has included both digital developments and local culture.
