The International Francophone Association of Librarians and Documentalists (AIFBD) is organising its 5th congress in partnership with the Royal Library of Belgium in Brussels, Belgium. This satellite meeting is organised in collaboration with the IFLA Law Libraries Section and focuses on access to information at the heart of development.

The meeting is intended for professionals in information, documentation and French-speaking archives. Presentations will be in French.
